Hi, I’m Ellie.

I rebuilt my body after breaking my back…twice. Now, I help others do the same!

After losing over 100 pounds and recovering from two spinal fractures, I learned that lasting fitness isn't built through punishment. It's built through consistency, support, and learning to trust your body again.

Today, I help women and couples throughout Minneapolis build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and create a fitness routine they can actually sustain.
